Become a Summer Teaching Fellow

Breakthrough San Juan Capistrano’s Summer Teaching Fellowship is a life-changing experience for both students and teachers. Teaching fellows receive firsthand experience creating and implementing lesson plans, as well as eight days of teacher training and on-going professional development and support from Breakthrough Directors and Mentor Teachers.

The Princeton Review has ranked Breakthrough as a Top Ten summer internship and Breakthrough Collaborative partners with many prestigious teaching programs such as Teach for America, Urban Teacher Center, and MATCH Teacher Residency.
